Guests meet at the Watervale Hotel at 11 am for a Wine Masterclass that covers history, culture, climate, geology, geography and wine styles. Six wines will be tasted that demonstrate the diversity and virtues of Clare Valley wines including back vintage wines from Wendouree, Grosset, and Kilikanoon. This is a rare opportunity to try iconic Wendouree reds, Grosset Riesling, and award-winning wines.
At 12 noon, take your wines to the table for a four-course Feed Me menu lunch designed by the 2022 SA Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer.
The Watervale Hotel was awarded '2022 Best Restaurant in a Pub or Club in Australia' by the Restaurant and Catering Association.
