Cherry Stowman
Executive OfficerAs Executive Officer of the Clare Valley Wine & Grape Association, Cherry Stowman is committed to delivering real value for members, supporting the prosperity, visibility, and sustainability of Clare Valley grape growers, winemakers, and associated businesses. Working closely with the Board, Cherry leads the organisation’s strategic direction with a strong focus on member engagement, regional advocacy, and collaborative growth.
With over 27 years of industry experience, Cherry brings a wealth of knowledge in brand strategy, event delivery, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement.
Cherry serves as a member advocate, ensuring member voices are heard and priorities addressed. She works proactively to identify opportunities and partnerships that benefit the collective member businesses, and fosters strong ties with government, tourism, and industry bodies. Her collaborative leadership approach and strategic insight guide the management of the association’s operations and team.
Cherry holds tertiary qualifications in business commerce along with post-graduate digital marketing, wine education, and leadership qualifications. She is dedicated to helping Clare Valley member businesses thrive, by amplifying the region’s reputation and delivering practical support that members can rely on.

Rachel Trengove
Engagement & Education OfficerRachel is excited to return to viticulture after several years working as a project officer for broadacre farming groups in the Mid North. Rachel majored in Viticulture at the University of Adelaide, graduating in 2000. Following several vintages in the cellar and laboratory in France, Oregon, Canada, Padthaway and the Riverland, Rachel worked as a viticulturist and regional viticulturist for Orlando, leaving the company when she moved to her husband's family farming business in Spalding.
Rachel has been engaged to support activities in the Sustainability and Innovation & Education pillars of our strategy. She will be organising workshops, field walks and trips, managing field trials and overseeing education and training programs. Initially Rachel will focus on supporting the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia program, helping our members who undertook the certification training prepare for audit prior to the 2024 vintage.

Kylie Linke
Marketing SpecialistKylie Pengelly Linke brings over two decades of hands-on marketing, events, and hospitality experience to her role as Marketing Specialist at the Clare Valley Wine & Grape Association.
Her professional background includes running her own business consultancy, managing winery events and experiences and owning and even operating an Australian themed pub in Sweden.
A passionate advocate for the Clare Valley region, Kylie plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Clare Valley brand through innovative marketing campaigns, memorable events, and member engagement.
She leads the implementation of promotional initiatives that celebrate the region’s premium wine, food, and tourism offerings. Her member-first mindset ensures that communication is timely, relevant, and focused on outcomes that matter most to grape growers, winemakers, and tourism operators. She also oversees consumer communication, digital content, stakeholder communications, and collaborative partnerships that drive regional impact.
Known for her approachability, creative flair, and results-driven mindset, Kylie is a connector who brings energy and insight to every project.
