Once a month for New Wine Wednesday, The Rising Sun Hotel is handing over a corner of the Front Bar to a guest winemaker.
First up, they'll welcome Sue Bell of Bellwether Wines in Coonawarra. She'll be joining them to pour a selection of her wines and have a chat from 5pm to 6pm in the front bar. The tasting is open to everyone.
Afterwards, Sue will join you for a two-course dinner with matched Bellwether wines. Over dinner, she'll share more about the wines, her approach to winemaking and Bellwether, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk wine around the table.
Tickets to join the two-course dinner are $75 per person and include some wines from Bellwether.
