Bring everyone together for a festive shared lunch featuring house-made sourdough, charcuterie, Christmas roast with seasonal sides and an individually plated dessert, all with a native Australian twist. Christmas bon bons are included.
$85 per person | Groups of 8–80
24 hours' notice required for lunch experience.

FESTIVE CANAPÉ & WINE EXPERIENCE
1 November – 22 December 2026
Enjoy a selection of Paulett Wines, including premium wines, paired with native-inspired canapés. Choose either five wines with five matching canapés, or ten wines with ten matching canapés.

10 wines + canapés | $110 per person

XMAS TWILIGHT DRINKS & TAPAS

Join a Christmas celebrations as Pauletts stays open until 8 pm. Enjoy wine, tapas and bar snacks and make an evening of it.
