The Burra Pride Picnic is a FREE annual Feast Festival regional event. This year located at the historic Burra Railway Station. It's the same fun as every year but in a beautiful sheltered cool historic space! Grab a $35 ticket for the Burra Pride Picnic Buffet Long Lunch - on the Platform (be quick tickets are limited). The sit-down lunch is catered by the Friends of the Burra Railway Station. If you prefer, you can BYO picnic and join in all the fun of the day. There's live music by Caitlin Drew and the Burra Orchestra Jam group; there's games and prizes (toss the handbag!); disco & karaoke all day; the Best Dressed Dog Show (a crowd favourite) and Noodles the Clown to entertain us with balloons, face painting and a magic show! There's dress ups and make-up for adults by a local performance artist; and community service and specialty market stalls inside the venue. There's also bound to be some dancing on the Platform on the day! We look forward to seeing you there.
