Overview

Sawmill Gin is Sevenhill's original small batch Gin distillery. Established in 2022 and producing Clare Valley's most enjoyable award winning Gins.

Housed at The Curly Goose, a working vineyard and event centre in the heart of Sevenhill, they bring their love of Gin to life. Tasting experiences at the cellar door and chef paired food is a great way to enjoy South Australian Gin. Lovingly distilled in the vineyard in a hand crafted Australian made copper still.

Open Friday to Sunday 11am until 4pm. Midweek by appointment

Intimate Vineyard Gin Making Experiences - Distill your own Gin, enjoy a farmhouse style lunch and take home a bottle of your own creation. Maximum 6 people. Enquire for more info.
