The official post-event figures for the highly anticipated 2023 Clare Valley SCA Gourmet Week have been released, quantifying the success of the much-loved food and wine celebration. The 10-day program, held from May 19th to 28th, welcomed a staggering number of nearly 10,000 attendees, making it one of the most successful editions in its 39-year history.

"We are thrilled to announce a significant rise in visitor numbers to the region during this year's Clare Valley SCA Gourmet Week, resulting in an impressive total visitor expenditure of $3,396,469," shared Belinda Heinrich, Marketing and Event coordinator for the Clare Valley Wine and Grape Association. "This is an increase of over a million dollars compared to the previous year and is a testament to the effectiveness of our targeted promotional initiatives."
