"Meet the Maker" Basil + Myrtle Designs

This month for "meet the maker", Cafe 1871 are showcasing the work of local artist Grace, who grew up in the Valley and brings a bold mix of watercolor, oil pastels, and linocut prints to our walls.

Her floral designs burst with colour and each piece is a textured tapestry celebration of nature.

Linoleum-carved works are intricately hand cut stamps that are ink pressed over old book pages.
