Mr. Mick Wines, Cellar Door and Kitchen are named after the late K.H. (Mr. Mick) Knappstein, an Australian winemaking legend and Tim Adams' mentor and friend. Tim and his wife Pam purchased the historic site at 7 Dominic Street, Clare in late 2010 and set about reinvigorating the picturesque property into a successful winery and Clare tourist attraction, that now houses a renowned restaurant, cellar door and gallery. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and creative chef to join our growing kitchen and restaurant team. The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, creative flair and be willing to adapt to changing environments. In return, they will form part of a fun and dynamic restaurant team in an exciting phase of growth.
Qualifications & experience
Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essential.

Prepared to work weekends & some nights on a rotating basis
Work within a growing winery restaurant in the Clare Valley. Predominately daytime hours, with night shifts twice a week.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
